GDPR Privacy Notice

At Beauty Within I take your privacy seriously.
For the safety of my clients, I maintain records of any health or medical conditions which may indicate that a particular service or treatment should not go ahead or certain products should not be used.
These health records are not used for any other purpose.
I have a legal obligation to retain your records for 7 years after your most recent appointment, after which time they will be destroyed in a way compliant with GDPR.
Client records are held securely within the salon booking system and only I can see them.
Paper records are locked away securely and only I have access to them.
Provided you have given consent, your phone number/email address may be used to contact you.
